TEVA Prices $4.9 Billion of Senior Notes to Refinance Costlier Debt

Teva priced five tranches of euro- and dollar-denominated senior notes at coupons of 4.25% to 5.75% and will use the proceeds to redeem bonds carrying up to 8.125%.
